About the firm

Hayat Spring Advisory is a boutique financial advisory based in London, working with clients across markets to connect them with the financial partners they need. The firm was founded on a simple observation: the most valuable financial outcomes still come from the right introduction made by the right person — and that kind of work is increasingly hard to find outside the largest institutions.

We exist to do that work without the institutional overhead. Our clients come to us through trusted relationships, and we serve them the same way: senior people, considered attention, and a network of professionals with senior backgrounds in international financial services. Each engagement is shaped by the client in front of us, not a template.

Hayat Spring Advisory delivers work the way the best of financial services used to: senior people, considered attention, and the patience to make the right introduction rather than any introduction. Engagements are taken on selectively, led by a senior professional, and shaped by the client in front of us — not a template.

The firm is built around a curated network of women with institutional backgrounds in international financial services — professionals who have chosen to apply their experience differently. That choice is what allows the firm to offer senior attention without the institutional overhead, and to match each engagement to the experience the work genuinely requires.

Founder

Nushaba Velasco is the founder of Hayat Spring Advisory. She spent over a decade in international banking — at Citi's Institutional Clients Group, HSBC Private Bank, and most recently in BNY Mellon's Treasury Services division — managing complex client relationships across private, personal, and institutional segments. The work sat where it matters most: senior due diligence on platinum-tier clients, coordination across regulatory jurisdictions and trading desks, and the day-to-day judgement that determines whether an institutional relationship holds.

She works fluently in English, Russian, Turkish, and Azerbaijani — a range that reflects a career built across the EMEA region, from Baku to London, and the firm she has built around it.

What we do

Hayat Spring Advisory works with clients who need senior judgement and the right relationships, not regulated advice. Each engagement begins with a conversation about what the client is trying to achieve; the work that follows is shaped accordingly. The firm does not provide regulated financial advice or arrange financial transactions — where that is what a client needs, we connect them with authorised firms who can.
